She plays a role in the areas of HR & Strategies at Girmiti Software, where she is responsible for leading the company’s workforce strategies. While her current responsibilities span all strategic aspects of the company’s business from human resources management to organization planning, execution and employee engagement to match with industries and customer basis to bring engagement between customers and employees.
