Nagy Gábor

Nagy Gábor has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nagy started their career as a HR trainee at MOL in 2006. Nagy later worked as an HR trainee and assistant at Select Humánerőforrás Kft from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they worked as a project coordinator on a fixed-term contract with ECPI-TÁMOP 3.2.2.

From 2011 to 2014, Nagy worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Prohuman, where they led a technical team and provided HR services such as recruitment, temporary staffing, and outsourcing. Nagy focused on various areas, including logistics, purchasing, supply chain, assembly, production, and manufacturing roles.

In 2014, they joined Transcom as an HR recruiter on a fixed-term RPO, responsible for customer care, technical support, sales, and credit management services. Nagy then moved to Knorr-Bremse Magyarország in 2015 as a Recruitment Specialist, focusing on braking and on-board systems for rail vehicles.

From 2016 to 2018, Nagy worked at GE as a sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for various industries and providing strategic advice to HR teams. In 2018, they joined OptiGroup SSC Kft as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing talent acquisition, HR administration, organization development, employer branding, and office management.

Nagy'smost recent employment is at GIRO Zrt., where they currently hold the position of Human Resources Generalist. Throughout their career, Nagy has demonstrated a strong focus on building high-performing teams, implementing HR initiatives, and supporting employee engagement and satisfaction. Nagy also has experience in employer branding and managing external/internal communication activities.

Nagy Gábor's education history begins in 2004 when they attended King Sigismund Business School. Nagy completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in HR management in 2007. Later in 2009, they enrolled in the Hungarian Relaxation and Symbol Therapy Association, where they obtained a degree as an Autogenic Relaxation Trainer, which they completed in 2011. Lastly, in 2014, Nagy Gábor joined Budapest Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Management and Leadership (MA) degree, which they completed in 2021.
