Pepijn Trapman

Pepijn Trapman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and humanitarian efforts. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kerk in Actie since February 2021, Trapman is also an active board member at Samenwerkende Hulporganisaties - Giro555 and a committee member with the Lutheran World Federation, World Service. Past roles include Honorary Consul for the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Nepal, Regional Manager for ICCO COOPERATION, and Chairman of the Board for Fair & Sustainable Development Solutions. Trapman holds a degree from Hogeschool Enschede (Saxion), specializing in social pedagogy, and has a strong background in social entrepreneurship, responsible business practices, and labor integration strategies for individuals with disabilities.
