Eric G. has a 30-year track record in business analytics, including extensive financial management consulting with Deloitte in London. Eric has advised clients in various industries, including well-known companies such as GSK, BP, Barclays, Maersk, and HSBC. In recent years, Eric has provided management information consultancy and solutions to insurers like Prudential, Amlin, and Willis, as well as companies in the MGA sector. Prior to founding GIROUX.ai in 2007, they served as an Analytics Engagement Director at Deloitte from 1999 to 2007. Eric also worked as an Analytics Consultant at A.T. Kearney in 1998 and as a Systems and Processes Engineer at Johnson & Johnson from 1991 to 1997, specializing in six sigma and lean process delivery.

Eric G. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the London Business School, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained several certifications in the field of SQL Server Business Intelligence and data warehousing.
