Domantė Karkliūtė

Todd Moore-Doman is a seasoned grant and research development specialist with extensive experience in various roles related to grant writing and project development. Since October 2012, Todd has been contributing to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as a Grant and Research Development Specialist. Prior to this, Todd served as Grant Writer III at Southcentral Foundation from November 2009 to February 2012, where work involved developing healthcare projects for proposals. Todd also held the position of Grant Writer at Mountain States Health Alliance from April 2006 to March 2009, focusing on pre-award project development. Additionally, Todd was the ETRC Manager at East Tennessee State University from June 1999 to June 2005, overseeing technology-related initiatives in the College of Education. Education includes a Master of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Arts in English, both from East Tennessee State University.
