Jagoda Palider

Jagoda Palider serves as the Chief People Officer at Girteka Group since March 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources across multiple regions. Previously, Jagoda held key positions at Inchcape plc as People Director and Regional HR Director for Europe & Africa, and at Stock Spirits Group as Group HR Director, overseeing HR strategies across eight European countries. Previous experience includes HR leadership roles at TJX Europe, Tesco Poland, Skanska USA Civil, Praktiker Poland, BOC Gazy, and as an Assistant Lecturer at Warsaw University. Educational background includes advanced programs from IMD and Hult Ashridge Executive Education, alongside a Master's degree from the University of Warsaw.
