Mike Tripodi is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on product development and project management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Project Manager at Girtz Industries since March 2010, Mike specializes in new products and markets, having developed the ZPURE product line aimed at emissions controls for large diesel and natural gas engines. Prior to Girtz Industries, Mike held the position of Engineering Manager at CleanAIR Systems from March 2000 to March 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing all product lines and spearheading the development of the first CARB-verified DPF system for aftertreatment. Earlier in the career, Mike worked as a Senior Applications Specialist at Roquette America Inc. from August 1996 to March 2000, focusing on specialty powder products derived from wet-milling corn, particularly in the food and confectionery sectors. Mike holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Virginia Tech.
