Russell Riblett began their work experience in 1997 at the City of Tucson, Office of Economic Development, where they worked as a Business Development Specialist for six years. In 2003, they joined GIS Planning as a Senior Account Manager and later took on the role of Project Manager in 2008. Finally, in 2010, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales, a role they currently hold.
Russell Riblett attended the University of Arizona from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Communication.
