Gerry Power is an experienced millwright with a comprehensive background in various industrial projects, currently working at The Gisborne Group since October 2019 on the upgrade of a coal processing plant involving the installation of flotation tanks and conveyors. Prior experience includes roles at Hudson Resources Inc, where Gerry focused on process equipment commissioning and maintenance, as well as previous positions with The Gisborne Group, AECOM, and several other companies where tasks ranged from conveyor assembly and plant construction to equipment operation and maintenance. Gerry has a strong educational foundation in mechanical engineering and welding from institutions in Canada and Ireland, including a Fully Qualified Millwright/Fitter Turner degree.
