Shantanu Dey

Shantanu Dey has over 23 years of experience in program and project management, specializing in digital transformation and agile methodologies. Currently, at Tata Consultancy Services since March 2014, Shantanu leads initiatives focusing on innovation adoption in technologies such as 5G, AI, and edge computing, and has successfully transformed teams toward agile practices, enhancing delivery performance in AI and analytics. Previous roles include Technical Project Manager at Thomson Reuters and Senior Consultant at Infosys Technologies, where Shantanu managed multimillion-dollar projects and developed strategic solutions across various platforms. Shantanu holds an Executive Fellow Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
