Shrinidhi R. has extensive experience in various roles related to process transformation, product ownership, and business analysis across notable companies. Currently serving as the RevOps Process and Infrastructure lead at GitHub, Shrinidhi previously held significant positions at Splunk as a GTMO Sr Process & Transformation Lead and Product Owner, and at Salesforce as a Business System Analyst/Product Owner. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Oracle and Polycom, and as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at Intel Corporation. Shrinidhi has participated in foundational product management programs at Reforge, learning from industry leaders. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and completion of a Product Management Foundations program at Reforge. Succeeding in diverse environments, Shrinidhi is also part of the Improv House Team at TEAM Theatre.
