Natalia Moreno has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Natalia began their career as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative at Cubecorp in 2007. In 2008, they joined Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC as a Bilingual Collections Representative, where they evaluated, resolved and recorded customer queries and problems, coordinated and processed customer orders, and resolved complaints and invoicing problems. From 2011 to 2016, Natalia held various teaching positions, including English Teacher at Escuela Modelo Mariano Acosta, Profesora de Inglés at Direccion General de Escuelas, English Second Language Teacher and Profesor de Español at Jazyková škola JS FAN, and Profesor de Español at Deutsche Schule Prag. Natalia Moreno obtained a Profesorado de Inglés from I.S.F.D. N° 100 in 2010. In 2011, they attended CIE (Centro de Capacitación, Información e Investigación Educativa) for an Introduction to the Curriculum Design for the 6th year secondary school and English teaching and the CLIL approach (Content and Language Integrated Learning). In 2016, they attended Instituto Cervantes Praga for a Curso Formación Inicial Ele in Formación en Lengua Española. Additionally, they hold a C1 Advanced (CAE) certification from Cambridge Assessment English.
