Jeff Petersen

Jeff Petersen currently serves as a Senior Professional Services Engagement Manager at GitLab, focusing on leading transformative projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Before GitLab, Jeff led the professional services business for Nutanix, managing enterprise and global customer engagements, and previously worked as a Cloud Management Specialist in both Sales and Automation roles at VMware. Jeff's career began in critical care as a Field Paramedic, transitioning through various technical and sales positions in the technology sector with Oracle, SHI International Corp., and GlobalStar Consulting, LLC. Jeff holds an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Technology from Blinn College and has further education from Texas A&M University and Austin Community College.
