Kato Faylor

Kato Faylor currently serves as the Staff Executive Business Administrator to the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at GitLab, a position held since July 2024. Previously, at Confluent, Kato worked as an Executive Assistant II supporting senior leaders, including the SVP of Brand Marketing and Communications and the VP of Global Field Marketing, from February 2022 to July 2024. Kato's extensive experience at Salesforce spanned eight years in various roles, providing administrative support to multiple Chief Marketing Officers and other executives within the Product Marketing division. Earlier experience includes positions at Reppify, Wildcat Recreation Center, and Apple Inc., where Kato gained valuable skills in project coordination and event planning. Kato holds a degree from California State University, Chico.
