Rachel Pack

Rachel Pack serves as the Director of Legal, Ethics & Compliance and Lead Legal Counsel for Trade Compliance at GitLab since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions including US Trade Controls Counsel and Program Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions, Ethics and Compliance at Cognizant from December 2018 to January 2022, and Senior Analyst for International Trade Compliance at Northrop Grumman from June 2016 to December 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst for Investigations & Disclosures at UTC Aerospace Systems and as an Attorney at Potratz & Associates, P.C. Rachel began a legal career in the Alaska State Court System as a Deputy Magistrate. Rachel earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Area Studies/Political Science from Kalamazoo College, also studying at The University of Bonn.
