Shameel Khan

Shameel Khan currently serves as the Strategy & BizOps Lead for the Asia-Pacific region at GitLab, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Shameel held a similar role at Slack from September 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that, Shameel was the Strategy & Investment Manager at Deloitte from March 2020 to September 2021. Shameel's career also includes the role of COO at Dot Residential from June 2018 to January 2020 and Strategy & Ops at Seedrs from April 2015 until its acquisition by Republic.co for $100 million in June 2018. Early career development took place at BDO LLP through a graduate scheme from September 2013 to April 2015. Shameel Khan earned a BA (Hons) degree in Politics with History from the University of Exeter between 2010 and 2013.
