Willeke Lankamp - van Lith

Willeke Lankamp - van Lith is an experienced professional in the fields of psychology, coaching, and training, currently serving as an Associate Assessment Psychologist at GITP since January 2020. With a background as a trainer and coach at BTC since 2011, Willeke has also worked as a psychologist, coach, and trainer at Jongereninstituut since October 2019. Previous roles include Company Psychologist at Evoli from January 2021 to September 2023, Study Choice Advisor at Kieswijs from October 2019 to April 2022, and founder of BLOOM Development Factory Pte. Ltd., a training and coaching company, from January 2016 to September 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of the Hollandse Club in Singapore, and various HR and coaching roles at HEINEKEN and SVMG. Willeke holds a Master’s Degree in Social & Organizational Psychology from Leiden University and has pursued further education in coaching.
