Marcelo Giuliante is the VP of Operations at Giuliante Machine Tool Inc. / GMT Gear, with experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, and financial management. Prior to their current role, Marcelo was the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at the same company, where Marcelo implemented changes in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency. Marcelo also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for planning and updating manufacturing processes. Marcelo started their career as an Engineer/ Design Engineering Intern at Sikorsky Aircraft after completing their degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
