Liza Hart

Liza Hart is an experienced architect and real estate developer currently serving as Architect & Real Estate Developer at Giv Group and Architect & Developer at GIV COMMUNITIES since January 2024. Previously, Liza held the position of Senior Development Manager/VP of Design & Sustainability at Gardner Company from October 2020 to January 2024 and worked as an architect at MHTN Architects from April 2018 to January 2024. Liza also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Utah College of Architecture + Planning in 2020. Earlier career roles include founder and architect at Pace Hart Design and Liza Hart Architect, as well as positions at Pace Pollard Architects and FFKR Architects. Liza Hart earned a Master's in Architecture from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the same institution, along with additional studies at the University of Stuttgart and the University of Graz.
