Cécile Delaire

Cécile Delaire currently serves as the Head of Marketing Fine Fragrance Europe and Global TrendLab at Givaudan, having joined the company in January 2020. In this role, Cécile manages marketing strategies for prestigious European customers, including L'Oréal and Shiseido, while overseeing the global trend agency "TrendLab." Prior to Givaudan, Cécile held several key positions at drom fragrances, where responsibilities included leading the marketing department in France and developing fine fragrance strategies for international clients. Cécile's diverse experience in the fragrance industry is also highlighted by roles at Symrise and various internships that laid the foundation for a successful career. Cécile holds Master's degrees from ISIPCA and IESEG School Of Management, along with additional education at Schulich School of Business.
