E-Ling L.

E-Ling L. currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Manager for ASEAN and previously held the title of Process Technology Manager in Singapore at Givaudan since May 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Lean/CI Leader and Product Manufacturing Manager at 3M from May 2013 to May 2017, where E-Ling L. also worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Process Engineer from 2003 to March 2013. Early career experience includes a position as a Quality Engineer at ASM from January 2001 to January 2002. E-Ling L. holds a Master of Science in Industrial & System Engineering with a specialization in Logistics and Operation Research from the National University of Singapore, and obtained Bachelor's degrees in Science (Materials Science) from the same institution.
