Gianni Doddato

Gianni Doddato is an accomplished Customer Care Manager at Givaudan, with a tenure beginning in November 2013. Responsibilities include leading and managing the local Customer Care team, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring adherence to global sales order management guidelines. Prior to Givaudan, Gianni held various roles at NewPage Corporation, advancing from Account Representative to Customer Service Manager, where strategic plans for significant sales margins were developed and customer service excellence was prioritized. Gianni also has leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Office Depot and was a captain of the Wright State University Men's Soccer Team and the Canadian Men's National U-17 Soccer Team. Gianni holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Wright State University.
