Justine Blanc Catala has extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Active Beauty CMI Manager at Givaudan since November 2017, where responsibilities include project management and digital marketing. Prior to this, Justine held positions at L'Oréal and Laboratoires Biocos, focusing on marketing project development, market analysis, and product testing. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Marketing International de la Parfumerie et de la Cosmétique from both ESSEC Business School and ISIPCA, as well as a Master in Marketing and Communication from ESG Ecoles de commerce and a Bachelor in Chemistry from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
