Prashant Sinha has extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence across various industries, including food flavoring and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Business Partner for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa at Givaudan since June 2018, Prashant leads initiatives to implement cost-saving projects across the supply chain and operations. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where strategies for sustainable frameworks were developed, and Business Excellence Manager at Jubilant Life Sciences, focusing on improvement methodologies. Previous positions include Assistant Manager roles at GSK and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where significant contributions to operational practices were made. Prashant commenced professional career as a Manufacturing Executive at ITC Limited. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University.
