Rachel Mansencal

Rachel Mansencal is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience at Givaudan, currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Flavour Creation, Application, and Sensory Science. In this role, Rachel leads a cross-functional team focused on flavor innovation and sensory science, aligning research efforts with business strategies. Rachel's career at Givaudan has evolved from Senior Research Scientist to Research Manager, and eventually to Research Director, where responsibilities included developing sensory methodologies and managing flavor technology evaluations. Prior experience includes a role as a Scientist at J. M. Huber Corp. Rachel holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the Institut de Chimie des Surfaces et Interfaces in France and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
