Simon Sima is an experienced professional in warehouse and distribution management, currently serving as the Sr Warehouse Manager at Give and Go Prepared Foods since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Sr Distribution Manager for North America and Warehouse and Distribution Manager at Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. since October 2016. Simon has held several warehouse management positions at companies such as Ventura Foods, Wings Food Products, and Stesco Global Packaging. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, implementation of Lean processes, and adherence to Health and Safety policies, Simon has successfully led teams and managed multiple facilities throughout a career that began in 2007 as a Regional Field Service Manager at Consolidated Vending.
