Alexander Gondris has extensive work experience in supply chain management and leadership roles. Alexander is currently the Chief Operating Officer NA at Give Back Beauty. Prior to that, they served as Vice President Supply Chain at Maesa from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President Supply Chain, Planning and Product at Trademark Global, LLC. Alexander also worked at Newell Brands, where they served as Vice President End to End Planning from 2018 to 2020, Vice President Ecommerce Supply Chain in 2018, and Vice President Transformation from 2016 to 2018. Alexander'searlier experience includes roles at Unilever, where they held various positions such as Supply Chain Director, Director of Strategy, S&OP Director Europe, Change Director, Customer Logistics Director - HPC & National Repacking, Head of Customer Logistics, and Company Demand Planning Manager.

Alexander Gondris has a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Alexander also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the same university. Additionally, they are a member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
