Maria Carmen Lalla

Maria Carmen Lalla currently serves as the Country Marketing Manager Go to Market Italy at Give Back Beauty, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Maria Carmen worked at AB Parfums as the Country Marketing Manager Italy for a decade, overseeing the marketing and trade marketing departments for the Italian subsidiary focused on skincare and fragrances. Key achievements include successfully negotiating and managing several notable fragrance brands under the L’Oréal Group. Maria Carmen has also held positions such as Global Brand Manager for Fendi eyewear at Safilo, and various roles at Deborah Group and L'Oréal, among others. Educationally, Maria Carmen holds a Laurea Magistrale in Marketing and Retail Management from IULM University and has completed several business management programs. Guest speaking engagements on brand management were conducted at both LABA Rimini and Istituto Europeo di Design.
