Lauren Milione's work experience includes being a Partner Success Manager at GiveCampus since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Harvard University from January 2018 to February 2023, where they served as an Assistant Director of Alumni Affairs and Development Events. Before their time at Harvard, they worked at Boston Partners in Education from October 2014 to January 2018, first as a Special Events Coordinator and then as a Special Events Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Programs Assistant at the National Institute on Out-of-School Time from June 2014 to September 2014. Their earliest work experience was as a Media Relations Intern at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from May 2013 to August 2013. In this role, they assisted with public relations and publicity efforts for the institute's clinical and research activities in the fight against cancer.

Lauren Milione pursued their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2014 at Ithaca College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications Management and Design, with a concentration in Corporate Communications, along with a minor in Sociology. Lauren later enrolled at Harvard Extension School in 2018, completing their studies in 2020 and earning a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
