Caitlin T. is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in evidence-based policy analysis and cost-effectiveness evaluations. They served as a Policy Associate and later a Policy Analyst at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), where they conducted significant cost-effectiveness analyses and published influential methodologies. At USAID, Caitlin led teams that shaped over $1 billion in funding commitments and developed agency-wide guidelines for using cost-effectiveness evidence. They have held senior positions in organizations like the International Rescue Committee, focusing on improving resource allocation through cost-effectiveness insights.
