Emily Sikich has a diverse work experience in various supervisory roles. Emily started their career in 2011 as a Shift Supervisor at Lindt & Sprüngli, where they worked until 2014. Emily then joined Von Maur as a Department Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Mercola.com as a Customer Service Supervisor and held this position until 2021. In their role at Mercola.com, they focused on training, coaching, and supporting representatives across all teams, analyzing reports and KPIs, and collaborating with other departments. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Support Supervisor at Givelify, starting in 2021.

Emily Sikich began their education at Naperville North High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they attended Eastern Illinois University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Fine/Studio Arts. Emily then pursued further education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained another Bachelor of Arts degree, this time in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Emily Sikich has also obtained several certifications, including Successful Team Leadership, The Art of Coaching, and Work Force Management - Introduction, all from The Call Center School. These certifications were obtained in July 2021.
