Žana Urbonavičienė

Žana Urbonavičienė currently serves as the Head of HR Operations and Sales Training at Given since June 2022, focusing on implementing training programs, evaluating labor market changes, and enhancing staff motivation. Previously, Žana was the Head of Marketing at Aromika from June 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included client acquisition and developing marketing strategies.
