Project Development Coordinator at Givens Communities

Andrew Crosson has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Andrew started their career in 2005 as a Data Manager/Clinic Case Manager Assistant at Health Horizons of East Texas. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Qualified Mental Health Professional at Liberty Corner Enterprises, INC. Andrew then joined Western North Carolina HIV/AIDS Consortium as a Support Services Director from 2007 to 2010. Andrew worked as a Work First Social Worker at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC from 2011 to 2013. Andrew then joined Givens Estates as a HUD Coordinator from 2013 to 2016, where they coordinated occupancy for HUD subsidized apartments. From 2016 to 2021, Andrew worked at Givens Affordable Communities as a Community Manager. Currently, they are serving as a Project Development Coordinator at Givens Communities, where they focus on building affordable and middle market senior communities in the southeast.

Andrew Crosson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1998 to 2002. Andrew then pursued further education at Stephen F. Austin State University, where they obtained a Master of Social Work degree in Social Work from 2003 to 2005.
