Baylee Avera, PHR

Baylee Avera, PHR has a solid background in human resources, with experience ranging from administrative assistant roles to management positions. Baylee began their career with Givens Communities in 2018 as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and later transitioned to a Human Resources Coordinator role. In 2020, Baylee joined Givens Highland Farms as a Human Resources Coordinator and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2021. Baylee's most recent position was with Givens Estates as a Human Resources Manager before assuming their current role as the Human Resources Director at Givens Communities in 2023.

Baylee Avera, PHR has a bachelor's degree in History from Western Carolina University. Baylee also holds a bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Baylee has obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in August 2020.
