Previously, Roza held the position of VP Business Development at Level Up Games Ltd. and Level Up Games Inc., where Roza was responsible for building partner networks for worldwide MMO games. Prior to their roles in the gaming industry, Roza worked in various managerial positions at government agencies in Poland. Roza holds a DVM in Veterinary Medicine from the Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
