Roger Shores

Roger Shores is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in leadership, advisory, and consulting across various industries. As the Founder of Life 4.0 since January 2018, Roger provides business, non-profit, and personal leadership services. Additionally, Roger serves as an advisor for Pacha Soap Co. and GiveTide, and holds significant positions such as Executive Board Member and Chairman of the Board for Chicago Youth Centers, along with board memberships at mHUB Chicago and Rush Health. Previously, Roger was President and CEO of Marmon Energy Services Company, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, and held various executive roles at Illinois Tool Works, demonstrating a proven track record in maximizing revenues and enhancing organizational growth through strategic planning and effective leadership. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
