Janelle Peterson

Janelle Peterson currently serves as the Head of People at Givingli since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources and operations. Previously, Janelle held the positions of Head of People and HR Manager at PrecisionHawk from March 2019 to October 2021, and was also a GROWx Member at Hacking HR from December 2020 to June 2021. At Fidelity Investments, Janelle worked from January 2005 to December 2012, fulfilling various roles including Human Resources Operations Manager, Operations Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, Tier 2 Case Manager, and Payroll Transaction Processor, where responsibilities spanned HR tools, data analysis, performance management, and training.
