Bianca C. Perina

Bianca C. Perina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformative climate finance and public policy. Currently serving as an Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Bianca has also been an Elected Member of the Vienna District Council since November 2020. Previous roles include Manager of Investment Finance at OeEB Oesterreichische Entwicklungsbank AG, where responsibilities encompassed deal origination and negotiation in renewable energy and infrastructure. Bianca's early career includes significant contributions at the International Labour Organization, focusing on labor policies and project management, along with consulting roles and internships that span multiple sectors. Bianca holds a Master of Arts in Leadership in Sustainable Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and additional degrees in South Asian Studies and Communication & Cultural Management.
