Daniel Almarza

Daniel Almarza is a Project Director at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), where they focus on renewable energy projects, including the energy systems of the future in Brazil. They previously served as a principal advisor for the energy transition in the Dominican Republic and worked as a project analyst at Centro de Energias Renovables. Daniel has also held positions at Coca-Cola de Chile and Cardif Chile, gaining diverse experience in technical and financial aspects. They hold a Master of Engineering in Renewable Energy from the University of New South Wales and an engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.
