Mario Eckardt

Mario Eckardt is currently the Head of Project “Training for the Labour Market - Fit for Jobs” at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan, where they lead initiatives in vocational education and training. Previously, they held various roles, including Project Manager for TVET in Peru and Advisor of the Secretary of State at the Ecuadorian Secretary of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation. Mario also contributed to international development projects with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Inter-American Development Bank. They hold a Bachelor’s in Sport Science from The University of Freiburg and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Psychology from Hochschule für angewandtes Management.
