Petar Antic

Petar Antic is a human rights expert with over 25 years of experience in minority rights protection, anti-discrimination, and human rights monitoring. As a Rule of Law Advisor at GIZ Serbia, they support the Serbian Government in implementing EU Chapter 23 concerning fundamental rights. Petar has held key positions with various organizations, including serving as Assistant Minister at the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights and as Executive Director of the Minority Rights Center. They hold an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex and are currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Union University Faculty of Law. Petar has published articles on topics such as minority self-governance and internet hate speech regulation.
