Manage an export sales team to deliver on their commercial targets, while providing outstanding customer service level.
- Ensure cash collection is done in a timely and secure manner in compliance to company policies and processes.
- Issuance of new orders based on annual budget per client
- Allocate orders in planned slots to serve quarter targets
- Assess in client satisfaction through Net Promoter Score
- Implement & Improve commercial processes through monitoring team and driving optimization
- Uphold strategic relationships with customers, maintaining strong communication and aiming to continuously capture & document the VoC
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to swiftly handle customers' inquiries and complaints
- Continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape to foresee and stay ahead of any threats
- Help define sales budget through historical & current analysis of customer data and knowledge
- Manage cross functional stakeholders while delivering on customer inquiries
Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office.
