Job description

Manage an export sales team to deliver on their commercial targets, while providing outstanding customer service level.

  • Ensure cash collection is done in a timely and secure manner in compliance to company policies and processes.
  • Issuance of new orders based on annual budget per client
  • Allocate orders in planned slots to serve quarter targets
  • Assess in client satisfaction through Net Promoter Score
  • Implement & Improve commercial processes through monitoring team and driving optimization
  • Uphold strategic relationships with customers, maintaining strong communication and aiming to continuously capture & document the VoC
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to swiftly handle customers' inquiries and complaints
  • Continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape to foresee and stay ahead of any threats
  • Help define sales budget through historical & current analysis of customer data and knowledge
  • Manage cross functional stakeholders while delivering on customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office.
