Chad Weikel

Chad Weikel is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in labor relations, recruitment, and employee management. Since March 2013, Chad has served as the Human Resources Manager - Labor Relations at G & J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the Labor Relations HR Business Partner team, analyzing employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements. Prior roles at G & J Pepsi also include Human Resources Business Partner and Recruiter, focusing on employee support and candidate recruitment. Previous experience includes serving as a Team Leader at Target, overseeing various business functions, and as a Facilitator at Tucker Leadership Lab, leading leadership development sessions. Chad holds a BA in Mathematics from Graceland University, completed in 2004.
