Anne Carine Skjellevik has a wide range of work experience in various companies. Starting in 2003, they worked at TeliaSonera Norge (NetCom) in different roles, including Customer Lifecycle Manager and Customer Retention Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Get as the Head of CRM and later became the Markedssjef Boligselskap. Anne Carine then joined Gjensidige in 2018 as Leder CRM, Gjensidige Bank, and later became Leder Marketing & CRM at Gjensidige Bank. In 2020, they joined Nordea as the Head of Marketing & CRM at Nordea Direct and eventually became the Nordic Head of Customer Engagement. Currently, they work at Gjensidige as the Head of Customer Journeys and Customer Engagement since 2023.

Anne Carine Skjellevik completed their Bachelor of International Business degree at Oslo and Akershus University College from 1993 to 1996. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Economic Analysis (ECA) at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and received the degree of Siviløkonom. In 2000, they participated in an exchange program at Universitat de Barcelona. In 2005, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Kingston University.
