Caroline Johansen

Caroline Johansen has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Caroline started their career at Aker Maritime as an HR Assistant in 1997. In 2001, they served as a Member of the Board at StudConsult Trondheim. From 2004 to 2012, Caroline worked at PA Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant. In 2016, they joined Storebrand Finansiell Rådgivning AS as a Member of the Board. Caroline then joined Storebrand in 2012 and held several roles, including SVP Head of Claims, SVP Head of Storebrand Bank, and SVP Head of Customer Service and Strategy, Private Pension. Most recently, they worked at Gjensidige as the SVP Business Operations for the Private Division, starting in February 2021.

Caroline Johansen completed their Master's degree in Industrial Economy and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1999 to 2004. As an exchange student, they studied Finance at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2002 to 2003. Before their university studies, Caroline attended Oslo Handelsgym (OHG) from 1994 to 1997, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
