Ingrid Nagell

Ingrid Nagell has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Ingrid started as a journalist at Romsdals Budstikke, where they worked on news assignments as well as occasional business and culture assignments. In 2015, they worked as a journalist at Universitas. Additionally, Ingrid has experience as a care worker at BAB Unicare, where they aided users with disabilities and contributed to creating stable routines. In 2018, they joined Gjensidige as an intern and later worked as a data analyst, gaining experience in data analytics, engineering, and science. In their most recent role, they are currently the Head of Applied Analytics and Insights, leading a team responsible for providing behavioral data and driving data-driven development within the organization. Ingrid also had the opportunity to work as a developer in the data space in the Cloud Analytics and MlOps team, where they deepened their knowledge in software best practices, DevOps methodology, and new technologies.

Ingrid Nagell holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Oslo. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2015. Ingrid also spent a semester abroad at Sciences Po Strasbourg in 2014 as part of the Erasmus+ program, focusing on Political Science and Government. In 2014, they participated in a Summer Program on International Relations at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2012, they attended Molde University College for Political Science and Government and Ålesund University College (HiÅ) for French Language and Culture. In 2010-2011, they studied Political Science and Government at Augustana University (SD).
