Neal Dominick

Neal Dominick is an experienced mechanical engineering professional, currently serving as the Director of Mechanical Engineering at GK Engineers, LLC, since January 2025. With a diverse background, Neal has held various leadership roles, including Senior Associate at Marx|Okubo Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included MEP building system assessments and property condition assessments for over 350 properties. Prior to that, Neal was the Practice Leader for Mechanical at KCI Technologies, Inc., managing a team of 20 and enhancing MEP engineering standards. Neal has also served as Director of Engineering at Redding Linden Burr, Inc., ensuring quality control and project oversight, and was previously the President of BLN Engineering, Inc., providing comprehensive MEP engineering services. Neal's career began as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at VITETTA and as a Senior Engineer at ccrd partners, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems for various commercial and institutional projects. Neal holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, earned between 1977 and 1983.
