Gopal Kondath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and human resource management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Hands-on Organic Farmer at GK HR Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. since March 2008, Gopal has partnered with major multinational organizations and well-funded startups to enhance their business operations in India and internationally. Previously, Gopal held prominent roles including Recruitment Head at SAP India, Account Manager - Staffing at Intel Technology India, and Technical Recruiter at Microsoft and Oracle India. Gopal began a career in sales and marketing with Globe & Avalon and has a solid educational background, holding an MBA in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from Madurai Kamraj University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bharathiar University.
