John Phifer

John Phifer is a Mechanical Design Engineer at GK Machine Inc. since July 2021, specializing in design reviews, product support, rapid prototyping, and project management within engineering projects. Prior to this, John served as a Teacher Assistant at George Fox University from August 2020 to June 2022, grading assignments for the Application Thermodynamics course. Experience also includes a role as a Food Server at Bon Appétit Management Company from January 2018 to December 2020, where John developed blue-collar skills and teamwork abilities. Additionally, John interned at Integrated Security Technologies Inc. during the summer of 2019, focusing on CAD drawings and administrative tasks. John Phifer earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from George Fox University in 2021.
