Mary Barry is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in sales and marketing across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Sales Consultant at PulteGroup since May 2019, Mary assists home buyers in navigating the new home process with a focus on luxury properties. In addition to this role, Mary functions as a Realtor Zillow Affiliate at GK Properties, specializing in residential real estate with expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and real estate planning. Prior experience includes positions as a Professional Realtor from 2004 to 2018, specializing in investment properties and new home construction, as well as ownership interest at Pacific Sunset Development, a commercial development company. Mary held the title of Sales Manager at Toll Brothers, a prominent luxury home builder, and worked as a Marketing Coordinator at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino earlier in their career.
